A deposit of €150 incl. tax will be required at most of our campsites:
when the keys are handed over on the day of your arrival.
when you check in online.
This deposit must be paid by direct debit for an amount of €1 (taken at the time of online booking or on arrival). The amounts are listed on each campsite’s website and vary depending on the accommodation booked.
This deposit will be refunded to you on the day of your departure, following the inventory check and final inspection.
⚠️Potential deductions from the security deposit:
Depending on the terms of your booking and the options selected, the campsite may deduct:
- €70 if the pre-departure instructions are not followed for accommodation that includes a final clean (or where a cleaning option was paid for at the time of booking).
- €150 if the pre-departure instructions are not followed for accommodation not including final cleaning.
- Up to €1,000 in the event of breakages or damage to the accommodation and its facilities.
- Up to €1,000 in the event of additional services used on the campsite and not paid for before departure.
Please note: Additional deposits may be required on site for accessibility equipment (e.g. magnetic cards for barriers) or for the use of certain services.
The cleaning required at the end of your stay includes washing up, cleaning the fridge-freezer and cleaning the kitchen utensils.
Bins, mattress protectors and rubbish must also have been disposed of.
In the event of departure outside the scheduled times for the departure inventory, our staff will be the sole judge of the condition of the mobile home and may decide to retain the security deposit if this is deemed justified.
No claims will be accepted in the event of early departure.

At Lido di Spina, all guests who bring a dog with them will be automatically charged €35. This sum is to be paid on site and is not included in the optional €95 cleaning service.
