- The Customer Account corresponds to your personal space.
- This account is nominative and must be secured by a password defined by the holder of the Customer Account.
- For the proper security of your data, the password must be composed of at least 8 characters including 1 upper case, 1 lower case and 1 digit.

For information: Each customer agrees to answer personally for the protection of his password and access control to his Customer Account. He also agrees to be personally responsible for all actions made through this account.

In this Customer Account, you can for example (non-exhaustive list):

1) Via the "Contact Details" Tab
- Access/ Modify/ Delete personal data about you.
- Renew your password.
- Get your Client ID (Client ID). -
2) Via the "Reservations" tab
- Find all your current bookings (Status Confirmed, Option...) and your file numbers.
- Perform your "Online Registration".
- Consult/ Settle the deadlines of a stay
- Consult the documents at your disposal (Reservation pending payment, Voucher, Invoice, Certificate of Stay...).
- Get your Client ID (Client ID). -
3) Via the "My Next Holidays" tab
- View your quotes.
- Get your Client ID (Client ID).
The Customer Account displays and contains personal data such as the Customer’s contact details. These details are necessary for the Company in the context of an order, the monitoring of a reservation and the customer relationship.
