When a booking is made with the Marvilla Parks services, the beneficiary accepts that the booking applies uniquely to them as the named person and, as such, may only be transferred to a third party in part or whole with the Company's prior agreement.
You therefore have the option of asking our company to transfer your stay to another person who is also entitled to place an order for a stay.
All such requests will be considered and may be either accepted or refused by the Company.
In case of acceptance, you will be required to provide the following information:

The first and last names and dates of birth of the new participants must also be included.
The new beneficiary will be required to comply with each of the "Customer obligations" listed in Article 6 of the Rental Terms and Conditions, "Booking and Purchasing".
Transfers are subject to a charge of €50.
Where partner discounts have been applied to the initial purchase, these cannot be transferred to the new beneficiary unless said beneficiary is also directly entitled to receive them.
Any such discounts will be removed from the purchase if found not to be applicable to the new customer.
Stays that have been won cannot be transferred due to the fact that, as stipulated in the gains and winnings Terms and Conditions, "The winner may not transfer their stay under any circumstances", with all such winnings applicable only to the named beneficiary in each case.
