You can request that your accommodation and/or pitch be close to that of another family by taking out the ‘side-by-side’ service.
This offer will depend on availability and the feasibility of the request.
Adjacent pitch requests must be made as early as possible, via telephone or online chat.
The service fee depends on the booking period and the selected campsite, ranging from €35 to €80.
This amount must be paid prior to the feasibility check.
If the request can be fulfilled, your booking will be updated accordingly.
If it is not possible to place you side-by-side, you will receive an email and the service fee will be refunded.
