A plane to catch? A crossing to make? Here's how to organise your early departure.
First of all, you should know that our campsites are used to this type of situation, so it will not be a problem to ask for it when you book or when you arrive.
There are two possible scenarios:
- You know in advance that an early departure will be necessary.
⬪ For a stay in low season:
- More than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, it will be possible to adapt the dates of the stay according to the general rental conditions, however no refund can be made if the request is made less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay (see: Condition of modification of stays).
- If you wish to keep the extra night to be able to keep the mobile home beyond 10am on your departure day (e.g. stay from 08/09 to 13/09, with an early departure planned on 12/09), the unused night will not be refunded.
⬪ For a stay in high season: for accommodation ranges with departures and arrivals on Wednesday and Saturday, please note that any nights not used will not be refunded (Tuesday to Wednesday night or Friday to Saturday night). For other accommodation ranges, the dates may be changed (subject to availability) less than 30 days before the start date, but the price difference (if the holiday is less expensive) will not be refunded as per our T&Cs regarding holiday date changes.
Please note you cannot change your dates if there are 7 days or less before the start of your stay.
- You learn at the last minute that an early departure will be necessary.
Simply inform our correspondents directly so that they can explain to you where, how and when to return the keys of your mobile home on your last day on the campsite.
Remember to inform them as soon as possible so that they can anticipate this departure as well as possible.
