Once you have made a booking by telephone or Internet, you will receive your booking voucher by e-mail. It is essential that you make your transfer and return your signed booking form to us within 5 days.
The bank details will be given to you on your option form. Don't forget to indicate to the bank or in the field provided your file number (reservation), your customer number (begins with the letter "I"), the name of the person who made the reservation, and the name of the campsite-village.
